Create Event Packages

Selling services can be a hassle if all your inventory is individually managed. Yoke gives you a way to package your services to provide savings for your customers. Once you create your Event Packages they can be associated with events. This will give a bulk of your services a descriptive name and list of items you need to present at the event as the event planner. Assign the Event Package to your event for association. If there are things needed outside of the package you can add them to the To-Do List or add them to your budget for real financial tracking. Yoke gives you an easy way to track your costs for your event and organize your services bringing easier pricing to your customers! 

To create an Event Package, click on the Packages button on the Organization Menu.

Add the benefits the customer will receive from the package that will save them money but also give you an understanding of what you need to bring to the event.

Add the package to events when needed to make sure you understand what the customer ordered for the event.

Coming Soon! You will be able to associate the cost to your budget. This will help you understand how much you are bringing home at the end of the event.
